At the heart of the 2019 convention was the Customer 360 LED Tree, a multimedia presentation designed to mimic a California Redwood. This 6-sided, 40’ LED screen was topped with a 60’ LED canopy, serving as the backdrop for Salesforce’s narrative of its Customer 360 product line.
Media was produced through green screen capture, 3D animation, and motion graphics. Spatial audio was employed to create an immersive experience, transporting attendees to the heart of the Redwood. Extensive onsite media programming was necessary to ensure seamless playback during presentations.
The media assets were repurposed for an additional 3 years after the event, utilized in various form factors for subsequent Salesforce events.
